- If the item is returned due to an issue with sizing, a full refund is not possible because sizes are confirmed once the order has been placed by the purchaser. Exchanges are possible in this scenario, where the customer is required to pay the cost of shipping the item back.
- The customer’s responsibility for damages or the use of products is not eligible for a return or exchange.
- All jackets are custom-made according to specifications and then manufactured once an order has been made; therefore, we cannot refund or cancel orders until production has begun.
- Refund requests are accepted and the process is 15 to 45 working days. This differs from case to case. Please allow 15 to 20 days for processing returns, and up to 30 days before the credits show on your statement.
- Refunds will be made to the credit card or account which was used for the purchase in the first place.
- You will receive credit for the purchase price for the item(s) as well as any applicable taxes.
- Costs for shipping and handling are not refundable.
- 100% of the store credit will be granted if customers return the product to receive a refund.
- The actual cost of shipping will be deducted when the item is returned in exchange for the request for a refund.
